Meditation is a hot topic in today’s world. Meditation is known to reduce stress, increase focus and productivity as well as promote our overall health and wellness. What meditation is right for you?
To kick off the New Year 2019, I am offering personal instruction in meditation and mindfulness practices to small groups. I am calling this series, “Living Room Meditations.“
We will explore:
- Why meditation is important
- What are the benefits
- Simple meditation techniques for beginning or experienced meditators.
- How to make it a regular part of your life
In this intimate setting, we will have an opportunity to answer questions and share our experiences of meditation. Together we will find ways to support each other on our journey to wellness and a sense of inner peace.
Bring together your besties or others you care about. Invite friends, family, co-workers or neighbors. Inspire a committee, club or organization you are a part of to give meditation a try. Help support each other in gaining a deeper understanding of the benefits and practice of meditation.
Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator, all are welcome
I am scheduling 60-minute classes. Classes are offered on a donation basis. You provide the space and I will bring the instruction.
